This website does not sell or share your personal information. Information you submit through the contact form (name, business name, email, phone, and message) is sent directly to RA Ledger Solutions via FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Client financial documents are never requested or exchanged through this website. Document exchange for active engagements is arranged directly and separately once a working relationship begins.
Terms of Service
- Content on this site is general information about our services and does not constitute an engagement, financial advice, or tax advice. An engagement begins only once both parties agree to specific terms.
- RA Ledger Solutions provides bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audit, attest, review, or assurance services.
- All engagements are formalized through a written engagement letter or agreement outlining scope of work, fees, and responsibilities before work begins. Our responsibility is limited to the services expressly described in that written agreement.
- Bookkeeping and payroll services are performed using information and source documents provided by the client. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information, for maintaining its own records, and for reviewing and approving financial reports and filings.
- We do not provide legal advice or investment advice, and nothing on this site or in our services should be relied on as such. Questions involving entity formation, contracts, or investment selection should be directed to a licensed attorney or investment adviser.
- As an IRS Enrolled Agent, our founder is bound by the confidentiality and ethical standards of Treasury Circular 230 in the handling of client information.
- Where an engagement involves access to protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement is executed before work begins.
