QuickBooks is only as good as the way it’s set up. We build company files with a chart of accounts that fits your business, connect your bank feeds, and train you on what to do — and what not to do — day to day.
Already have QuickBooks and it’s a mess? Cleanup is a common request: years of miscoded transactions, duplicate entries, unreconciled accounts, balances that never quite made sense. We’ll scope it and tell you what it will take before you commit to anything.
Cash Flow & Financial Consulting
Cash flow projections, budgeting, or a second opinion before a big decision. Book time and get a straight answer instead of a sales pitch. Where a question calls for legal or investment advice, we’ll say so and point you to the right professional.

Work is done in secure platforms such as QuickBooks Online, and we do not take custody or control of client funds — your bank accounts stay in your name, under your control, and you approve every payment.

Do you work with businesses outside Staten Island?
Yes. We serve Staten Island, Brooklyn and the greater New York City area, and most of the work is done remotely through QuickBooks Online.
Can you fix QuickBooks files that are behind or messy?
Yes. Cleanup is a common request. We review the file, tell you what it will take, and confirm the scope and fee in writing before we start.

No. To keep your books current we may need view-only access to bank and card activity, usually through QuickBooks bank feeds, but we never take custody or control of client funds. Your bank accounts stay in your name, and you approve every payment.
